私達の記念であるファーストバッチビールは、
なにが良いだろうとチームで話し合い、悩んだ時、純粋にプライドを持ったビールであると言う事。
飲んでくれたクラフトビールラバーにとってエキサイティングである事。

最後に、新しい、また飲みたいと思ってもらえるビールを作らなければならないと感じた。

イーストは初挑戦だがベルジャンとHAZY系のイースト掛け合わせてみたらこれが正解だった、モルトは朝食で食べるコーンフレークを食べているような感覚になる甘味、ホップは南国のトロピカルフルーツを食べているような感じになるCITRAを使い、隠し味には日本人のみならず世界の人達に愛される『ゆず』を使った。

最後に飲んでくれた人達にお礼を言いたい！

A note on the beer from Nishiguchi-san, who takes the nickname "Westgate"
who developed the recipe:
"We had a hard time deciding what would be the best beer to be our first batch that would commemorate the founding of WHITE 3ANDS.
We wanted to make a beer with pride that would be exciting for craft beer lovers.

Ultimately, we knew we had to create a new beer that people would want to drink again and again.
The malt profile has a sweetness reminiscent of breakfast cereal, and the Citra hops make you feel like you are eating tropical fruit. I added Yuzu as a finishing touch, which is loved not only by the Japanese but also by people all over the world.

I want to thank everyone who tries our new beer! I'm looking forward to shout "Kanpai!' and drink alongside our new fans, and to bring new beers and new experiences to you."

初めまして、福岡県遠賀郡岡垣町にて造られるクラフトビール会社
『WHITE 3ANDS ALE WORKS』です。

福岡県の一番北側の街、博多から電車か車で50分と言うアクセスの良い位置に岡垣町に醸造所があるのですが、岡垣町の素晴らしいところは山と海に囲まれ景色、空気、街の人たちの優しさ、共に
最高に住みやすい街なんです。

その素晴らしい場所の中でも特に醸造所から直ぐの場所にある白い砂浜から着想を得て名前を『WHITE 3ANDS ALE WORKS』
意味合いには『白い砂浜で素晴らしい場所、3つのエールとして応援＝ビール＝人との繋がり』と言う意味も込めています。

私たちはクラフトビールの醸造家であり、常にプライドを持ち、醸造するうえでは
『ARTFULLY CRAFTED BEER 』と言う言葉を胸に刻み醸造しています。
今後は企画、醸造共にこだわり定期的に自分達が良いと思ったものを販売して行きたいと思っています。真面目なクラフトビール職人とアーティストがシンクロするビールと創造をご期待ください。

『Super Fusion BELGIAN HAZY IPA』
ベルジャンイーストとHAZYイーストを掛け合わせた奇想天外でいて素晴らしいハイブリッドビールが発売されます！

Hi, nice to meet you! We are "WHITE 3ANDS ALE WORKS", a craft beer company located in Okagaki Town in Fukuoka Prefecture, located in southern Japan.
Okagaki is the northernmost town in Fukuoka Prefecture, just 50 minutes by train or car from Hakata.
The wonderful thing about Okagaki is that it is surrounded by mountains and the sea. The beautiful scenery, clean air, and the kindness of the people in the town make it a comfortable and relaxing place to live.
The name "WHITE 3ANDS ALE WORKS" was inspired by the white sandy beach that is just a short walk from the brewery. The "3" in the name represents the concept of "3 cheers for Okagaki!" as we support and grow together, hand-in-hand with the local community.

We are craft brewers and always take pride in our work.
We brew with the words "ARTFULLY CRAFTED BEER" in our hearts.
As dedicated artisans of craft beer, we hope to collaborate with fellow artists to bring you exciting new projects and events.
You can enjoy our beer starting March 18, 2025 when we release our first batch of "Super Fusion", a Belgian Hazy IPA. It is a fantastic hybrid beer that crosses Belgian yeast with the hoppy flavors of a Hazy IPA!
