本日は、そんなジメジメとした憂鬱な空気を吹き飛ばすような、大変エキサイティングな新作コラボビールのリリースをご案内いたします！
今回でなんと4回目！FUKUOKA CRAFTと、福岡のクラフトビールの名店「BEERKICHI」と「Yuyaboys」のコラボビール、「しろいねこ」シリーズが遂に登場です！
今回は今までのどの「しろいねこ」よりも“白さ”を目指し、モルト構成やホップの使用量をイチから考え直しました。ヘイジーIPAならではの小麦とオーツ麦をふんだんに使用したふわふわで柔らかな麦汁をベースに、さらにクリーミーさを引き出せるよう工夫し、口当たりまろやかな仕上がりに。
ホップに関しては、濁りだけでなく香りにも大きく作用するよう、投入するタイミングも試行錯誤を重ねました。CitraとNectaronという大量のホップをワールプールとダブルドライホップ（DDH）で贅沢に投入！その結果、しっかりとキレイに濁った、とにかくホッピーでフルーティー、そしてジューシーで香り高い「白いヘイジーIPA」が完成いたしました！
前回よりも度数は少し低めの7%で、ジューシーでより飲みやすい仕上がりになっています。

We hope you are all doing well despite the heavy rain that has been falling mainly in western Japan over the past few days. We sincerely hope that you are all staying dry and safe during this storm!
Today, we are pleased to announce the release of a very exciting new collaboration beer that will blow away this damp and gloomy atmosphere!
This is the fourth installment! The "Shiroi Neko" series, a collaboration between FUKUOKA CRAFT and Fukuoka's renowned craft beer bar "BEERKICHI" with "Yuyaboys," has finally arrived!
This time, we aimed for even greater "whiteness" than any previous "Shiroi Neko," rethinking the malt composition and hop usage from scratch. Based on a fluffy and soft wort made with plenty of wheat and oats, characteristic of hazy IPAs, we have further refined the creaminess to create a smooth and mellow finish.
Regarding the hops, we experimented extensively with the timing of their addition to ensure they significantly impact not only the haze but also the aroma. We generously added large quantities of Citra and Nectaron hops using a whirlpool and double dry-hopping (DDH)! The result is a beautifully hazy, hoppy, fruity, juicy, and aromatic "white hazy IPA"!
This one has a slightly lower alcohol content of 7% than the previous batch, making it juicier and easier to drink.
