7月も半ばを迎え、今年も折り返し地点を過ぎました。日々の忙しさの中でふと立ち止まり、これまでの歩みに想いを馳せるのもこの時期ならではではないでしょうか。自分たちがどこから来て、これからどこへ向かうのか。そんな風に過去を振り返るなかで、私たちは自分たちの「原点」に立ち返りました。
本日ご案内するのは、まさにその歴史への敬意から生まれた特別な新作ビールです。
大名は、私たちのすべてが始まった場所です。FUKUOKA CRAFTは、福岡の中心地・大名のタップルームの隣に並ぶ小さなタンクからスタートしました。今では規模も大きくなり、より良いビールを造れるようになりましたが、あの大名で培ったクラフトスピリットを忘れることはありません。
そんな原点への想いと、これまでに積み重ねてきた経験をすべて詰め込んで醸造したのが、今回の新作「大名ラガー」です。
伝統的なジャーマンピルスナーのレシピをベースに、アロマホップを贅沢に加えました。すっきりとしたクリーンな飲み口と洗練された味わいに、華やかなホップの香りが心地よく重なる最高の仕上がりです。
大名ラガーは、私たちが歩んできた道のりそのものを表現した、FUKUOKA CRAFTからのトリビュートです。これまでの日々に感謝を込めた極上の一杯を、ぜひお楽しみください。

We’ve officially hit the middle of July, marking the halfway point of the year. It is a season that naturally makes us pause, look back at our journey, and reflect on the past. Thinking about where we started and how we got here led us right back to our own roots.
In the spirit of honoring our history, we are thrilled to introduce our newest beer today.
Daimyo is where it all began. FUKUOKA CRAFT started out brewing in small tanks right next to our taproom in downtown Fukuoka. Now we are bigger and better, but we’ll never forget our Daimyo roots.
With this heritage in mind, and using the years of experience we have gained along the way, we crafted Daimyo Lager.
We started with a traditional German pilsner recipe and added extra aroma hops for a crisp, clean, yet beautifully refined craft brew with a gorgeous hop profile.
Daimyo Lager is a true tribute to our past and a celebration of our growth. It’s the perfect pint to toast to where we all come from, and we can't wait for you to try it.
