アジアフレンチの新たな可能性を切り拓く名店「GohGan」と2度目となるタッグを組み、彼らのダイニングルームのために特別にデザインした至高のセゾンを醸造いたしました。
今回の「GohGan Green Tea and Yuzu」は、伝統的なセゾンスタイルが持つ奥深く爽やかな魅力に、日本の厳選したローカル食材を融合させた1杯です。セゾンならではのエレガントでドライ、そして表現力豊かな味わいをベースに、福岡県八女産の緑茶を贅沢に煎じて、仕上げに柚子の清涼感あふれる香りを添えることで、この地域の恵みを引き立てたクリーンでバランスの取れたビールに仕上げました。

Heading into late July, Fukuoka is seeing a surge of travelers arrivingto enjoy our city's famous food scene, leaving dining spots across the city packed every. It is the peak season for Fukuoka to shine as a world-class culinary destination.
Today, we are thrilled to announce a very special collaboration that celebrates this vibrant local culinary culture.
We teamed up for the second time with GohGan, the iconic restaurant renowned for its innovative Asian-French cuisine, to brew a saison made specifically for their dining room.
Brewed in collaboration with GohGan in downtown Fukuoka City, GohGan Green Tea and Yuzu brings together local Japanese ingredients with the complex, refreshing nature of a traditional saison. We infused an elegant, dry, yet expressive saison-style brew with local Green Tea grown in Yame, Fukuoka, then finished it with a bright hint of Yuzu for a crisp, well-balanced brew that highlights the flavors of our region.
It pairs seamlessly with the imaginative menu at GohGan and serves as the ultimate refreshment for long summer evenings and special meals out.
This is a limited-quantity batch available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early sell-out is expected, so please place your orders early.
