秋の夜長を楽しむひとときが心地よいこの時期にぴったりの9月新作ラインナップをご紹介いたします。
フクオカクラフトの醸造所は、豊かな自然に囲まれた福岡県の岡垣町にあります。
片側には湯川山と孔大寺山がそびえ立ち、反対側には田畑、さらに奥にはウインドサーフィンで有名な波津海岸の海が広がっています。
この「MOUNTAIN ADVENTURE」は、醸造所の周りに広がる豊かな自然と山々に敬意に込めて造り上げた一杯です。
グラスを近づけた瞬間に広がるのは、SimcoeとChinookホップが織りなす爽やかで躍動感のある香り。まるで岡垣の青々とした松林や、木々を吹き抜ける心地よい風を感じさせるような、力強くフレッシュなアロマを引き出しました。
そして「Mountain Adventure」と並んで発売する事になりました「Ocean Adventure」は私たちのブルワリーのすぐそばにある波津海岸をオマージュして造り上げました。
波津海岸はサーフィンスポットとして有名ですが、実はウミガメが産卵に訪れるほど、美しく澄んだ砂浜が広がる場所でもあります。
そんな雄大で豊かな岡垣の海を表現した今作は、個性豊かなアンチョビホップを使用。グラスを傾けるとメロンやピーチ、アプリコットを思わせるフルーティーで芳醇な香りと味わいが広がります。
岡垣の心地よい海風と澄んだ空気、雄大な山々に思いを馳せながら、ぜひ特別な一杯をお楽しみください。

As we begin to truly feel the arrival of autumn with each passing day, we hope this message finds you well.
We’d like to introduce our new September lineup—perfect for this time of year, when it’s so pleasant to enjoy the long autumn evenings.
The Fukuoka Craft brewery is located in Okagaki Town, Fukuoka Prefecture, surrounded by lush natural scenery.
On one side, Mount Yukawa and Mount Kodai-ji tower overhead; on the other, fields stretch out, and further in the distance lies the ocean at Hatsu Beach, famous for windsurfing.
This “MOUNTAIN ADVENTURE” was crafted as a tribute to the rich natural landscape and mountains that surround our brewery.
The moment you bring the glass to your nose, you’ll be greeted by a refreshing and vibrant aroma woven from Simcoe and Chinook hops. We’ve brought out a powerful, fresh aroma that evokes the lush pine forests of Okagaki and the pleasant breeze blowing through the trees.
Alongside “Mountain Adventure,” we’re also releasing “Ocean Adventure,” brewed as a tribute to Hatsu Beach, located right next to our brewery.
While Hatsu Beach is famous as a surfing spot, it’s also home to a beautiful, crystal-clear stretch of sandy shore—so pristine, in fact, that sea turtles come here to lay their eggs.
This beer, which captures the grandeur and richness of Okagaki’s ocean, features the distinctive Anchovy hop.
When you tilt your glass, a fruity, rich aroma and flavor reminiscent of melon, peach, and apricot fills the air.
We invite you to enjoy this special beer while letting your mind wander to Okagaki’s pleasant sea breeze, crisp air, and majestic mountains.
